Our service and our products are so tailor made and bespoke for our clients, we’ve arranged our rate card as a kind of ‘pick and mix’ service that suits your business perfectly.
We work closely with all of our clients to ensure that our service is almost like an extension of their own in-house marketing department.
We do this by arranging our services into ‘bundles’ which include newsletters, social media management, event promotions, consultations, page placement discussions, editorials, advert design and email support – all designed to be the helping hand in your marketing strategy.
We also have arranged our advertising services in such a way that you can choose where, when, how and what you want your customers to know about your business.
The Link Directories publish 4 directories, aimed at local residents within each distribution area. These are The AbbeyLink, The HucclecoteLink, The TuffleyLink and the Quedgeley Link.

There are significant discounts available on these rates, depending on where your target market resides. Very often, we find that our clients want to reach their customers in 2, 3 or all 4 areas where we print and distribute our magazines, and as such they take advantage of some substantial discounts if they advertise in multiple magazines.
We are The Link Directories – Gloucester’s leading local independent directory, linking local businesses with the local community.
So the Abbey-Link was born in 2005. It was the first local directory in the area, linking local businesses to the local community. Initially it was distributed, with help from my family and friends, to the homes in the Abbeymead area, but after just a few months, it had had such a good response that we branched out on alternate months into the Abbeydale area too.
Over the years the Abbey-Link has grown from 16 pages to currently around 44 pages, with around 85% of the local businesses who advertise with us remaining in the directory month after month. For the cost of their advertising they feel they get a good response and they know that they can rely on us for distribution and quality of the directories. Should advertisers ever have any questions regarding their advertising, they know that they can always get hold of me, and I’m happy to discuss their individual requirements.
Now 15 years on, we have a great team of distributors (along with some trusty family members still), and publish 3 local directories – Abbey-Link, Hucclecote Link and Tuffley Link and distribute to 16,000 homes over a 2 month period.
